The Oregon State Police (OPP) is seeking public assistance in identifying the person responsible for killing an elk. The animal was found on the edge of the roadway near the intersection of South Spruce Street and East Adams in the early hours of April 20. Police are asking for witnesses to share any suspicious activity.
