Amazon is adding FedEx Office locations to its growing returns network, giving shoppers another place to make returns without a box, tape or printed label. The move is part of Amazon's strategy to control more of the post-purchase experience by partnering with retail partners. The expansion comes as Amazon plans to cut deliveries through the U.S. Postal Service by up to two-thirds, signalling a shift away from traditional carriers and towards a mix of in-house logistics.
