A special screening of Tunisian director Kaouther Ben Hania's Oscar-nominated feature "The Voice of Hind Rajab" was held at the United Nations Office in Geneva during a U.N. Human Rights Council event. The event took place more than two years after the death of 5-year-old Palestinian girl Hind Raja, who was trapped in a car when Israeli forces attacked her in Gaza. The council called for "protected humanitarian and medical corridors, and stronger safeguards for healthcare workers in Gaza amid escalating violence across the Middle East." The event was co-organised by Spain and Palestine and supported by fifteen additional member states across four continents.
