Rasika's Ashok Bajaj bets big on downtown with new Italian spot

Rasika restaurateur Ashok Bajaj has opened a new Italian restaurant, Rosselli, near CityCenter. The restaurant features a Michelin-ranked chef, Carlos Cardona, and a modern Italian menu. The space is located near City Center and has been renovated after a period of economic downturn. Baja believes that if he stops investing in downtown, it will lead to a decrease in downtown activity.
