The City of Brook Park, Ohio, will receive $24.8 million from the Browns' Development Group, Primacy Development LLC, for startup costs of the domed stadium project. In exchange, the city will issue sales tax exemptions on construction materials for the project. The agreement represents progress on the stadium development, with payments totalling $250,000 for eight months, followed by monthly installments of $500,000. The final 12 months of the project, ending in June 2029, will be monthly payments totalled $750,000, according to Mayor Edward Orcutt. Once the stadium is built, ownership of the stadium will return to the Haslams.
