Deranged NYC woman charged in deadly scissor attack on elderly roommates: cops

A New York woman, Oumou Bah, has been charged with murder in a scissor attack that left one of her elderly roommates, 74-year-old Hadiatou, dead and another, seriously injured. The attack occurred at the Ebbets Field Apartments and was reportedly caused by a feud between the two women. The suspect and victim, who share the same last name, are not related.
