A 29-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a woman in Parkland, Washington, on May 5. The witness reported seeing the suspect forcing a woman into a black sedan. While deputies were interviewing a witness, the suspect drove past and they discovered he had dropped the woman off somewhere else. The suspect is facing charges of kidnapping, assault, and a violation of a court order.
