The Department of Justice has charged 32-year-old Virginia man, Kenya Chapman, for allegedly selling a stolen firearm to the ISIS-inspired Old Dominion University shooter, 36-year old Mohamed Jalloh. The charges stem from allegations that Chapman, who had previously been caught illegally purchasing firearms during the Biden administration, sold the stolen gun to Jallah. The incident occurred on March 12, when Jaloh opened fire, killing an instructor and injuring two students. The weapon used in the attack had an obliterated serial number, which could complicate efforts to trace its origin.
