Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Ketanji Brown Jackson were at an event for lawyers and judges in Washington, where they discussed whether the Supreme Court was too frequently ruling in favor of President Donald Trump's administration in emergency situations. Jackson, a liberal judge and frequent dissenter from the conservative majority, argued that the court's involvement in the administration's policy was a real issue, particularly in light of the trend of many emergency injunctions from the Trump administration.
