The first teaser trailer for Godzilla Minus Zero, a sequel to the acclaimed 2023 instant classic, has been released by Toho and GKids. Set in 1949, two years after the events of Minus One, the film will be directed by Takashi Yamazaki and will be set in a larger world. The main character is played by Ryunosuke Kamiki and Minami Hamabe, who are reprising their roles as Koichi Shikishima and Noriko Oishi. The film will also be the first-ever Japanese production filmed for IMAX. While the majority of the action takes place in Japan, the final shot of the teaser suggests that the U.S. will also face some terror.
