The Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) will charge $10 for non-member bicycle classes, which are limited to those 18 and over. The classes will be held in Rockville, Virginia, with a maximum capacity of 25 people. Registration is now open for the classes. E-scooter classes will only be held on April 25. There is no charge or preregistration required for the lessons.
