Jeffrey Soileau, the former CFO of Baywater Pipeline, has been arrested for embezzling millions of dollars in company funds and using them for personal expenses. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office reconstructed years of financial records to discover a pattern of misappropriation. The arrest warrant was reviewed by the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and Soileaux is currently awaiting transfer back to the county.
