Eugene Ohemeng, a 31-year-old man, has been arrested for allegedly murdering 38-year old Ronald Williams. The victim was found dead in his SUV after being shot in the chest and arm. Ohemen lives in a luxury highrise on the same block. It is unclear whether the suspect and victim had an altercation before.
