Three gaming executives from Wynn Resorts, Bally’s Corp. and Resorts World Las Vegas have been unanimously recommended for licensing by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Jacqui Krum, Vladimira Mircheva, and Carlos Castro were recommended for licenses after suitability hearings. Final approval will be decided by the state's Gaming Commission on March 26. Krum will succeed Ellen Whittemore, who retired last year after announcing her planned departure in 2024. Bally's Corp. is also working on Chicago's first-ever casino and has been selected for a license to build a casino resort in New York.
