Indiana's Hard Truth Distilling Co. is celebrating International Whiskey Day with a new bourbon release. The French Oak Bourbon will be available for purchase at its Brown County distillery. The distillery, established in 2015, has become the largest distillery of its kind in Indiana and draws an estimated 350,000 visitors annually. The release will be accompanied by on-site festivities. The company uses a sweet mash process to create grain character and complexity, allowing the spirit to mature efficiently in the barrel.
