A federal appeals court in D.C. has denied Anthropic's request to halt enforcement of the Pentagon's designation of the company as a supply chain risk. This decision comes after a federal judge in San Francisco granted Anthropic a preliminary injunction preventing the administration from banning the use of Claude technology in classified settings. The split rulings mean that the Pentagon is expected to continue using Anthropic products for the next six months.
