France and England are set to meet in the 2018 Women's Six Nations Championship in Bordeaux, with a Grand Slam on the line after both teams won their first four games of the tournament. This match marks the last time England has lost to France in the competition, eight years after their victory in the 2022 Women's Rugby World Cup final. England is currently on a 37-match unbeaten run, dating back to the 2002 final defeat by New Zealand. The only defeat came after the 2021 format was changed due to Covid's Covid issue, but they still won all their matches. England's coach, John Mitchell, will remind his squad of last year's final, which England won 43-42.
