The song was reimagined as a campaign for Gilead Sciences. Ciara expressed her desire to use this platform to raise awareness and educate the Black and Latino communities that are disproportionately affected by HIV. She also emphasized the importance of personalizing health with close friends and making it okay to talk about your health with your close circle.
