The sandwich is made up of French bread dipped in guajillo and filled with avocado, pico de gallo, and carnitas. The restaurant, opened in June 2021 by chef Jose Avila, is known for its unique carnitas offering. The chef revealed that his pambazos sales have doubled since the carnitas dish was named one of the best sandwiches in the country.
