2 Late Night Quakes Strike East Bay

The United States Geological Survey has reported two quakes, one of which was magnitude 3.2 and another of which occurred at 11:21 p.m. The first was felt weak around the Tri-Valley and East Bay. The second was felt more than an hour later, but no details were provided regarding the second. Both were reported to have occurred at the same time.
