Man wanted for homicide in Austin, Texas, was arrested in Zachary, Georgia, by the U.S. Marshals Service Middle District of Louisiana. The arrest was made through the U.,S.Marshall's SWAT team, assisted by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office SWAT Team and the Baton Rouge Police Department Special Response Team. The suspect is believed to have been identified as Catrailon Jarrell.
