Spotsylvania County deputies have arrested 48-year-old Jovan Saunders from Alexandria, Virginia, after responding to a report of indecent exposure. They found him completely naked outside of a business and found signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and the odor of alcohol. Saunders was taken into custody at the Stafford Magistrate's Office, where warrants were obtained for two counts of indecisiveness and one count of public intoxication. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 9.
