The listing agent, Ross Welch, stated that the seller, who was always into shooting, created this as his dream facility and has not yet taken advantage of the lodging potential. The property, which is currently being marketed as a legacy sanctuary, could easily be transformed into a family compound. The seller is one of the original Night Stalkers of the Army's elite special ops 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.
