Search underway for 81-year-old man reported missing from Miami

Police are in the hunt for 81-year-old Etienne Toussaint who went missing from Miami earlier in the month. The man was last seen along the 1600 block of Northwest 12th Avenue on April 2. He has not made contact with his family or friends and may be in need of services.
