Woman shot during attempted robbery in Nashville, police say

A woman was injured during an attempted robbery in Nashville, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. The robbery took place at a house in the 5100 block of Rhett Drive and resulted in non-life-threatening injuries. The woman's son witnessed the incident and fired a shot at the suspects, causing the injury to the woman's leg. No arrests have been made yet.
