The Memphis Grizzlies, a team that lost their season finale against the Rockets, held exit interviews on Monday without their star player, Ja Morant, or any sign of imminent trade. General Manager and executive vice president of basketball operations Zach Kleiman stated that the team is not going to speculate on potential transactions regarding Morant. This follows reports that the Grizzlies were considering trading away for Morant this winter. Despite a five-year, $197m rookie extension with the team, Morant remains under contract with them until the 2027-28 season.
