Two men, Edward Bass and Khalil Powell, have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 30-year-old Alsip man on April 11. The incident occurred at the intersection of 167th and Cicero Avenue in Oak Forest. The suspects are believed to have pulled alongside the victim's vehicle and then fled the scene in a vehicle driven by the suspects. The arrests have been made.
