Actor Robert Carradine, known for his roles in "Lizzie McGuire" and "Revenge of the Nerds," committed suicide at age 71 last month. His death certificate revealed that he was cremated and his ashes will be scattered at sea. The cause of death was listed as "Sequelae of anoxic brain injury," or a lack of oxygen to the brain, by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. His brother and fellow actor Keith Carradin expressed hope that his journey could help address stigma about mental illness and celebrate his "beautiful soul". The actor had previously shown potential for self-destructive behavior as early as 2015, following a car wreck that Edith Carridine claimed wasn't an accident.
