San Antonio Spurs defeated the Trail Blazers 120-108, taking a 2-1 series lead. The win was largely attributed to rookie Dylan Harper's strong performance in the second half. Despite Portland taking a 15-point lead in the third quarter, San Antonio managed to turn the game around. The Spurs went on a run of 15 points, a 30-point swing in San Antonio's favor. This win was made without injured Victor Wembanyama, who was not cleared to play in Game 3.
