A New Mexico man, 38-year-old Enrique Enriquez, is accused of threatening and stalking his former partner. He is charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, stalking, and using a phone to threaten, harass or offend. Enriques allegedly tried to call the victim more than 40 times and followed her to her home while she went to work. The victim was eventually driven to the police station and police arrested him.
