Jeffrey Roussel, a 26-year-old Quebec City man, is facing terrorism charges for allegedly recruiting minors for the online extremist group 764 Network. He is accused of using the platform Telegram to promote the group's violent ideology and posting violent content online. The group was recently added to Canada's list of terrorist entities.
