Downtown San Diego shooting preliminary hearing delayed until May 7

A preliminary hearing for Brian Keith Tyner Jr., accused of fatally shooting Antwan Eugene Bluthenthal outside a downtown San Diego bar has been delayed until May 7. Another attorney, Oscar Valencia, appeared in court to represent Tyner and explained that Valencia is involved in another trial. The motive for the homicide has not been disclosed.
