USMNT confident they can end recent struggles vs. Europeans

The United States is confident in their ability to overcome their recent struggles against European (UEFA) competition, particularly in upcoming friendly matches against Belgium and Portugal. The team, which has lost five consecutive games against European teams, is set to face a pair of European sides ranked in the FIFA Top 10. They are also close to adding a Top 25-ranked UEFA team to their World Cup schedule. Fans from several nations participating in this summer's World Cup will have to make up to $15,000 in bond payments to obtain tourist visas to enter the United States, while FIFA is urging president Donald Trump's administration to make exemptions for certain visa holders.
