Netflix is reportedly among the potential buyers of the Radford Studios lot in Studio City, according to a source. The lot, which went into foreclosure earlier in the year, was bought by Hackman Capital Partners for $1.85 billion from ViacomCBS. However, occupancy has decreased since then due to rising interest rates, forcing Goldman Sachs to take over the lot. The sale price is believed to be around $400 million. Despite this, Hackman continues to manage the property while Goldman seeks a buyer.
