The U.S. House has passed the Faster Labor Contracts Act, a bill that would make it easier for new unions to obtain their first contracts. The bill passed with a vote of 230-195, with all 210 Democrats voting in favor and 192 Republicans voting against. The legislation is now being reviewed by the Republican-controlled Senate.
