Strong to severe storms could bring damaging winds and isolated tornadoes to the area late Wednesday night. Local emergency crews are prepared to respond quickly to any impacts and assist in the event of injuries, damage, or road hazards. The Storm Prediction Center warns that isolated strong tornadoes (EF-2+) are possible on a regional basis. There are no road closures at this time and no power outages reported. WAFB will continue updating on any impacts from the storm.
