Hot new restaurants opening in and around Boulder this spring

The number of new restaurants in Colorado is on the rise this spring, with several notable chefs set to open their new restaurants. The team behind Denver's Glo Noodle House is opening a 90-seat restaurant in Boulder with a chef's counter and patio focused on creative sushi and noodle dishes. The restaurant is set to be located at 2731 Iris Ave. in Boulder. Other notable restaurants include a new restaurant from Austin, Texas, which will open in Denver's West Highland neighborhood on March 24.
