The Danbury Republican Alliance won nearly all seats on the city's Republican Town Committee after a primary election. The alliance took control of 34 of the 35 seats, defeating a rival slate of candidates supported by the Danbury GOP. The Republican Alliance is led by Councilman Michael Coelho and his wife, Lisa.
