Scott Borchetta, former CEO of HYBE America and Big Machine Records, has launched a management division under the Borchett Entertainment Group banner in Nashville. His first client is Grammy winner Carly Pearce, whom he worked for nearly a decade as label chief at Big Machine. Joining Borcheta in managing Pearce will be Michael Blong, who previously worked with Pearce at Starstruck Entertainment. The management division will focus on artist development, touring strategy, brand partnerships and career growth. Borcheeta will also manage Pearce alongside the new iteration of Big Machine and its staff, many of whom joined the new venture.
