Second lady Usha Vance, who is expecting her fourth child, attended the White House royal visit on the second day of King Charles III and Queen Camilla's four-day state visit to the United States. The couple announced their pregnancy on Jan. 20 and are looking forward to welcoming their child in July. The family currently has three children: Ewan, 9/11, Vivek, and three-year-old Mirabel. The royal couple's stay in the US will be observed by the U.S. until April 30 to commemorate the nation's 250th anniversary.
