Cryptocurrency markets have seen a drop in value due to concerns over the Iran war. Bitcoin BTC and Ether (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, traded near $77,800 and $2,300 respectively. This comes as Japan's Corporate Service Price Index (CSPI) rose 3.1% year-on-year in March, surpassing forecasts of 3.0%. Meanwhile, core inflation rose to 1.8% in March from 1.6% in February, marking the first acceleration in five months.
