Shaker Heights police have issued several incidents, including an arrest of an 18-year-old Cleveland man for felonious assault and a theft of a firearm. A woman, 36, reported that her 39-year brother had pointed a handgun and fired a shot at her before leaving the scene in a Jeep. No injuries were reported. The girl was transported to a local hospital and a loaded firearm was found under her seat. Two men, 19 and 21, were arrested for falsification and carrying a concealed weapon. A Garfield Heights man, 33, was charged with OVI after failing field sobriety tests and failing to provide a breath-alcohol sample. At least two women were arrested at a BP gas station for allegedly stealing goods from the store.
