Five Ponds Golf Team to Represent Philly PGA In Tournament

The Philadelphia PGA team will represent the Philadelphia Police Association (PGA) in a tournament on May 11 at Chester Valley Golf Club in Malvern. The team includes four military Veterans and PGA of America Golf Professional Rick Flagler, who is the lead PGA HOPE instructor at Five Ponds. The event, hosted by the PGA's Reaching Foundation, will also feature 12 teams made up of four military veterans who participated in the program. The veterans named for the team include Joe Dooley, Craig Adams, Mike Rudart, and Steve Fisher. The PGAHOP program aims to enhance physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being for veterans who live with physical or cognitive challenges.
