The future of the Patrick Henry High School track program is promising with a new crop of young athletes. Head coach David DeBoskey noted that last year's teams did not place near the top of CIF but had some strong individual performances. On the girls' side, Hannah Aguirre was a top contender in the 1600 and 3200, while for the boys', Olegs DeFaria placed 21st in the 3200 at the CIF San Diego Section Finals. In the field events, Natalie Stein finished seventh at the high jump and returns as a key athlete. Looking ahead to 2026, DeBOSkey expressed excitement about a talented freshmen distance class. Other notable athletes include Justin Casalins-Deboskey, the Western League Freshman Cross Country Runner of the Year, and Owen Liss.
