Jordan Broad, the husband of former Detroit-based reality TV star Ashley Gold, is facing a federal wire fraud charge for allegedly stealing millions of dollars from the Detroit-area firm he worked for. Broad, who was hired as CEO of ImpactEleven in 2021, allegedly directed over 100 separate payments totaling more than $5 million from the company's bank and credit card accounts to himself and his wife. He also allegedly secured millions more in loans to companies associated with him and his family. The company was unable to pay employees, legitimate vendors, and lenders from whom Broad allegedly borrowed. The net loss to the company, including fees and interest, was $4,132,962. After he was fired, Broad allegedly changed passwords for company accounts to prevent the full extent of his crimes.
