Temperatures start very cold, but sunshine is in the forecast

The weather will be mostly quiet for the day, with temperatures reaching the low to mid-20s and high temperatures expected to reach the upper 40s. However, temperatures will warm up to close to 60 degrees by Wednesday afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms are possible for Thursday.
