Long Beach Police have arrested 23-year-old Uziel Garciarazo for allegedly firing a weapon at an acquaintance, causing no injuries. The suspect was located and charged with multiple counts including assault with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, and outstanding warrants.
