Alex Cora plays coy about Red Sox catchers’ roles amidst success and struggles

Carlos Narváez and Connor Wong, both catchers for the Boston Red Sox, are struggling to perform well in the team despite their recent success and success respectively. Despite manager Alex Cora stating that Narvéez had earned the starting position, he remains considered the team's starting catcher. Wong, who served as Boston's primary catcher from 2023-24 before 2025, was sidelined due to a fractured pinky.
