Disgraced NFL Coach to Step Away from Team in the Middle of Draft

The New England Patriots' head coach, Mike Vrabel, is set to step aside from the NFL Draft during this weekend to receive counseling over the fallout from a scandal involving NFL reporter Dianna Russini. The scandal was revealed in the New York Post's Page Six, which published photos of Vrab and Russini spending time together at a resort in Sedona, Arizona. Both denied the allegations, and Vrabet admitted to having difficult conversations with people close to him about the situation. The Patriots will turn to executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf and vice president, Ryan Cowden, to conduct part of the draft in Vrble's absence.
