Apple has added two new features to its Apple TV 4K operating system, tvOS 26.2, including allowing users to create a new profile without needing an associated Apple Account. This change has been particularly welcomed by the user profile feature, which now allows users to only see content suitable for their toddler's browsing. The Apple TV app now filters content based on the age of the profile being used. Additionally, in tvOS26.4, the Apple TV App added a new recommendation feature called Genius Browse, which includes multiple layers of recommendations and is particularly helpful for users.
